I’m so glad I found Rosi, I have several conditions that affect me and make my journey with food, fitness and weight complicated so I was hesitant that making this step would work. Hey, I'm Rosi. 

I'm a qualified Personal Trainer, certified Nutritionist, and online strength & fat loss coach with a degree in Sports, Fitness and Coaching. Over the past 7 years, I've helped over 600 women build real strength, transform their bodies, and feel confident in any section of the gym.

But I didn't grow up loving fitness.

I used to feel self-conscious walking into a gym. I had no idea what I was doing, and almost walked straight back out. The free weights area? Absolutely terrifying. But I knew if I didn't make a change.. nothing would change. 

I invested in a coach, starting lifting weights, and for the first time, I felt strong, confident, and in control of my body- and I knew I wanted to help other women feel the same.

9 years later, I've built a business around that mission.

I'm also a mum, a wife, and someone who's juggling a million things just like you. That's why I don't expect perfection. I don't expect you to train 7 days a week or live off plain chicken and broccoli.
