I created Elev8 because I know how hard it is to stay consistent when you're doing it alone. I used to feel overwhelmed and start over constantly- until I found structure and support that worked with my life. That's what Elev8 is built to give you. 

This is more than a plan. It's personalised coaching, weekly accountability, and support that feels human.

FAQs

How do I know if Elev8 is right for me?

Elev8 is designed for women who want to build sustainable habits, feel stronger, and feel more confident- without extreme dieting or long workouts. Whether you're a complete beginner or getting back into routine, it's built to meet you where you're at. 

Do I need a gym membership?

Nope! You'll have access to 7 different training plans including home bodyweight-only, home with dumbbells, and even beginner running plans. If you prefer the gym, there are plans for that too. 

I'm really busy, will I have time for this?

Yes! The workouts are designed to take around 30-60 minutes (depending on the plan you choose), and they are are 3-4 sessions per week. The nutrition guidance and recipes are flexible, simple, and family-friendly

What happens after I join?

Within 24 hours of signing up, you'll have access to the Elev8 app where you'll find your workouts, recipes, education vault and everything you need. Your nutrition goals are personally worked out by me so you'll receive these before the challenge starts.

Is there any coaching support?

Yes- this isn't a 'download and disappear' programme. Each week, you'll submit a check in form and have your questions answered in the weekly Q&A. You'll also share your wins and difficulties every week, and I'll personally respond with voice note feedback. You'll be in a private, womens-only WhatsApp group with the rest of the challenge members and me.

Can I split the payment?

Yes- Klarna is available at checkout so you can spread the cost if needed.
