PERSONALISED NUTRITION
You'll receive tailored calories and macros that align with your personal goals. These will be reviewed throughout the challenge and tweaked when needed.
Along with your personal targets, you'll also have the ability to create your own meal plan from the huge library of recipes. Swap and change the recipes to create your own meal plan for the week, and there's a handy shopping list feature so you know exactly what you need!
And if that's too much faff for you, you also have access to all of the recipes via the interactive recipe books all within the app.
And don't worry- the recipes aren't just plain chicken, broccoli and rice. We have fake aways, sweet treats, family favourites and much more!

WORKOUT PLAN
You have the option to choose any of the workout plans to follow within the workout library. And if your circumstances change, you can just move onto another plan whenever you like!
You can choose from:
- Gym only
- Home with dumbbells
- Bodyweight only
*NEW* Run Strong Programmes
These are a mixture of strength and running, designed to take you from 0-5km!
- Run Strong Home (dumbbells needed)
- Run Strong Gym
All exercises have video and written demonstrations so you know exactly what to do. There are also alternative exercises listed if you can't do the suggested one. Track your workouts in the app as you go so you know exactly how well you're doing!

GROUP CHECK INS
Each week you'll fill out your check in form. Within this form, you'll have the opportunity to talk about what you've struggled with that week. This will then get answered in the weekly Q&A (anonymously).
You'll be updating your photos, measurements and body stats each week alongside tracking how well your workouts have gone, your nutrition and your weekly wins.

GROUP SUPPORT
The best thing about the Elev8 challenge is the group support. You'll be invited into the group WhatsApp (it's all females, so a safe space for everyone) and it's a fantastic way to keep you on track, help keep you motivated and connect with women who are on the same journey as you.

EDUCATION
There are hundreds of plans out there that don't actually teach you the things you need to know- the Elev8 challenge is not one of those. I want to educate you along the way so that you have the confidence, and the knowledge, to carry on achieving your goals after the challenge.

Each week we do a q&a that is uploaded directly into the app. You have the chance each week in your check in form to ask anything you like! The q&as are a great way to get extra support and learn as you go.

Each week you'll be set a new weekly challenge within the group WhatsApp. This is a great way to keep things exciting, challenge you in new ways and just have a bit of fun! The challenges are a mixture of fitness, nutrition and mindset based so everyone can get involved.
WINS AND DIFFICULTIES
Each week I post in the group to ask you to list 1 win and 1 difficulty for the week. I'll then get back to you with a private personalised voice note to help you through your difficulty and keep you on track.
A WINNER
Each Elev8 challenge has a winner at the end! The winner is NOT chosen based on weight loss. The winner is chosen based on who has contributed to the group the most and who has put the most effort in. The winner will receive a place in the next Elev8 challenge, free of charge.
