ROSI.

I've been coaching women for 7 years, and I created Elev8 because I was sick of watching women beat themselves up over a number on the scale.

I've been the woman crying in the changing rooms because nothing was working. I've been the woman who ate 'clean' all week and then demolished an entire tube of Pringles on a Saturday night and felt like a failure. I've been the woman who thought she just needed more willpower. 

Coaching style: I'll celebrate every single win with you- including the ones you don't think count. I'll also tell you the truth when you need to hear it, because I'm not here to make you feel good for 5 minutes. I'm here to help you actually change. 

No guilt. No shame. Just honest support from someone who's been where you are.

JAKE.

Fair warning: Jake will get more excited about your progress than you will.

He's been a PT for 7 years, runs a successful gym, and has coached hundreds of women to build strength, confidence, and a better relationship with their bodies. 

Jake's the coach who'll hype you up when you're winning, and call you out when you're getting in your own way. If you need someone in your corner who won't let you quit on yourself, that's Jake. 

Coaching style: Straight-talking, motivating, and annoyingly good at knowing when you're not being honest with yourself. 

WHY I CREATED ELEV8

I spent most of my early-to-mid 20's trying to be smaller. 

Which sounds dramatic, except I was already a 'healthy' weight. It didn't matter. I still wanted to shrink. 

I did Slimming World. I did Slim Fast. After I had my son, I tried Juice Plus. I'd over-restrict, last a day or two, and then fire it all off. Then feel guilty. Then start again on Monday. 

I was just...stuck. Constantly trying to eat less, constantly falling off track, and even when I was 'on track' I still didn't feel confident. 

I still didn't like what I saw. 

I genuinely believed I wasn't disciplined enough. That other women could do this and I just couldn't. That I'd spend forever wanting to be smaller and never actually getting there. 

Then I joined a gym.

And everything changed. 

I learned that if I wanted to get stronger- if I actually wanted to change the way my body looked and felt- I couldn't do that by trying to workout on no food. 

I started seeing food as fuel instead of something I needed to restrict. I stopped chasing smaller and started chasing stronger. 

I wish I'd found the gym sooner. It genuinely changed my life. 

But

I also wish I'd had support while I figured it out. 

Not just a programme that taught me what worked. But a community of women who actually got it. Women with lives like mine- working full time, raising a young child, trying to balance everything. Not fitness influencers whose literal job is to stay in shape. 

That's why I created Elev8. 

It's the programme I wish I'd had 10 years ago. The coaching, the structure, and the community of real women who understand that life doesn't stop just because you're trying to get healthier.

FAQ'S
How do I know if Elev8 is right for me?
Elev8 is designed for women who want to build sustainable habits, feel stronger, and feel more confident- without extreme dieting or living at the gym. Whether you're a complete beginner or getting back into a routine after falling off, it's built to meet you where you're at. If you've tried other things and they haven't stuck, this is probably exactly what you need. 

Do I need a gym membership?
Nope! You'll have access to 7 different training plans include home bodyweight-only, home with dumbbells, and even running programmes. If you prefer the gym, there are plans for that too! You choose what fits your life. 

I'm really busy- will I have time for this?
Yes. The workouts are 30-60 minutes depending on the plan you choose, and you'll train 3-4 times per week. The nutrition side doesn't require hours of meal prep- it's flexible, simple, and designed for women who have actual lives. If you can find 3-4 weeks total, you can do this. 

What happens after I join?
Within 24-48 hours of signing up, you'll have access to the Elev8 app where you'll find your workouts, recipes, education vault and everything you need. Your personalised nutrition targets will be worked out by your coach and sent to you before the challenge starts. You'll also be added to the private WhatsApp group where you can introduce yourself and start getting to know the other women. 

Is there any coaching support?
Yes- and this is what makes Elev8 different. You'll be assigned your own dedicated coach (either Rosi or Jake) who will give you personalised written feedback on your weekly check-ins. This isn't generic advice- it's specific to you, your progress, and what you're struggling with. You'll also have weekly Q&A's with both coaches and daily support in the WhatsApp group. This is proper coaching, not a PDF and a 'good luck' 

What if I fall off track during the 8 weeks?
Then your coach will help you get back on track. That's literally what we're here for. Life happens- kids get ill, work gets mental, you have a week where it all goes sideways. The difference with Elev8 is you're not doing it alone. You've got someone to check in with, troubleshoot with, and keep you moving forward instead of spiralling. 

Can I split the payment?
