Hey, I'm Rosi.
I'm a qualified Personal Trainer, certified Nutritionist, and online strength & fat loss coach with a degree in Sports, Fitness and Coaching. Over the past 7 years, I've helped over 600 women lose fat, build strength, and finally feel confident in their own skin- without restrictive diets or living in the gym.
But I didn't grow up loving fitness.
I've been overweight, and I've been underweight. So I've been on both sides. I know what it's like to feel uncomfortable in your body, to dread getting dressed, to avoid photos. And I know what it's like to finally feel in control.
I started training because I wanted to change how I looked and felt- and it worked. For the first time, I felt strong, confident, and like I was actually getting somewhere. And I knew I wanted to help other women feel the same.
10 years later, I've build a business around that mission.
I'm also a mum, a wife, and someone who's juggling a million things just like you. I don't expect you to train 7 days a week or eat perfectly all the time. I don't expect you to be motivated all the time- because I'm not either.
I meet you where you're at, and build a plan that works around your life- whether you train at home, at the gym, or a mix of both.
