HELLO!

I'm Rosi, I'm a qualified Personal Trainer with over 5 years of experience specialising in female fat loss and building confidence. I have a passion for empowering women and I've had the privilege of coaching over 400 women in the last 5 years, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals while building confidence from the inside out. Sessions are carried out at The Colony Health and Fitness in Bolton town centre.

What's involved?

Tailored workouts for lasting results

Every training session is personalised to you, designed based on your individual goals. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience in the gym, sessions are designed to meet you where you are and take you to where you want to go.

1-1 and partner sessions

Choose between 1-1 sessions or bring a friend and workout together. Along with your sessions, join in the fun with our weekly bootcamps with a group of welcoming, like-minded clients and take your fitness to the next level

Your personalised fitness hub: training app

Stay connected and committed with access to my training app. You'll be able to track your sessions (both your 1-1 sessions and any you do in between), track your nutrition, explore a library of tasty recipes and track your progress- all in one app. 

Nutrition goals and coaching

We all know you can't out-train a bad diet, which is why each client will have personalised nutrition targets to work towards. Your nutrition goals will be adjusted when needed, based on your progress.

Supportive in-person coaching

In-person training provides all the benefits of online coaching, with the added bonus of face-to-face sessions. You'll have the support and guidance you need to smash your fitness goals and a supportive coach alongside you to celebrate your wins along the way.
